Looks like we may have lost our first classmate. He failed his first exam and took it really hard. Sure there have been other people in the program who have decided that this just isn't for them or that they don't have the time to dedicate to it, but we didn't know those people like we do this guy! He's a part of our close knit little study group that we've made.
Anyways, everyone in my study group has pharmacology together except for me, and they have that lecture on Tues morning. The guy in question never showed up. So everyone was trying to call him, and as of right now, the wee hours of Wednesday morning, he still hasn't replied to anyone. After some dramatic texting and major confusion on my part, I am now convinced that he's probably dropped out of the program and just doesn't want to tell us, knowing we'll try to talk him out of it.
First one down. Bummer.

ReplyDeleteYes, we heard from him this morning. He dropped. He claimed it was for health problems, but he forgot he was talking to nursing students and it took us about 3 minutes of research to figure out he was probably fine, just a bruised ego. :(
